Availability

Stock levels on the website are updated automatically every hour - if the item you require shows as IN STOCK this means it actually is in stock and your order will be processed straight away.

If an item is showing as OUT OF STOCK it means that we are waiting for the items to come in and you will not be able to order the item through the website until it comes back into stock.

If you would like us to check when an item will be back in stock and/or reserve the item for you when it arrives please contact us either by phone (between 11am-6pm Mon-Sat) or email us with the item, size and colour you require along with your full name and contact details.

As we have a physical shop as well as a website stock levels can change quite quickly and we are always adding new products to the site. We aim (but cannot guarantee) to have out of stock items back in stock within 7-14 days

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

You may send your credit card information via phone,  snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery -  We aim to process all orders within 5 working days. However, if you choose standard delivery please allow up to 28 days due to the sometimes erratic UK postal service. If you require your order urgently or for a specific date please call/email to let us know and we will do our best to get it to you.

UK Shipping costs. Free standard delivery for orders over £49.99 within the UK. For orders under £49.99 we charge £2.95 flat rate. If you would like your order to be delivered on the next working day please choose the Special Delivery option for £6.95.  Please note that to qualify for next day delivery orders must be placed by 3pm, orders received after this time will be processed the next working day. Special delivery orders placed on a Friday will arrive on the Monday.

 

International Shipping Costs.  We send all non UK orders by International Signed For and charge a flat rate of £8.50


Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

For your security we only accept credit card payments through PayPal's secure server. If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please get in touch through the contact page. We only accept personal cheques in pounds sterling (GBP) and they should be made payable to Dead Star Ltd.

Reaching Us: Any email received from a customer or potential customer will normally be answered within 72 hours.

Privacy Policy Time*Bomb do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Returns Policy - You may return goods for exchange or refund providing they are unworn, in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.  We will not accept the return of goods if they are dirty or damaged in any way.  If you want to exchange for a different size or colour, we are happy to replace ordered items, just return and we'll exchange. If the item isn't available then we'll refund the original purchase price. Some items such as corsets, lingerie and body jewellery we are unable to exchange for hygiene reasons.  Please contact us first by phone or email if you are returning goods for exchange or refund.   We are unable to refund postage costs and  we might have to charge for the additional postage.

Please check the size and condition of your item upon receipt. Please note we do not refund any postage costs where the items are as ordered.

If an item is found to be faulty simply send back and we'll provide a refund or an exchange. If an item is found to be faulty after being cleaned we reserve the right to have it tested before deciding whether to refund. If it is found that the cleaning instructions were not followed we shall not refund or exchange the item. If you wish to receive such a garment back you will be asked to pay the shipping costs.



Distance Selling Regulations 2000

By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, you must email us at info@time-bomb.co.uk notifying us of any reason of withdrawal, before returning your goods. The only circumstances in which you cannot withdraw your order are where you have taken the goods you have ordered out of the sealed package in which they were delivered. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us at:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
